1Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "Member" or "User") and iackpot (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "We", or "iackpot"). This agreement takes effect as soon as you complete the account registration process and confirm your acceptance through the prescribed KYC process.

Continued use of the iackpot platform after any amendments to these Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms applicable to your use.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use the iackpot platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration
• Not acting on behalf of any individual under the age of 18
• Not residing in a jurisdiction where the use of online betting services is prohibited
• Not prohibited or restricted from using betting platforms for legal or self-protection policy reasons
• Not diagnosed with gambling addiction or holding a self-exclusion record from any betting platform
• Register under your own name and not on behalf of any business entity or other individual

3Registration & Account Management

Each individual is permitted only one active account on iackpot. Multiple account registrations by the same individual, whether using different personal details or different devices, are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all accounts involved and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

You are fully responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — secure and not sharing them with anyone. Any activity that occurs within your account is your responsibility, unless you have reported unauthorised access to the iackpot team within a reasonable time.

• Registration details must be accurate, complete and kept up to date at all times
• Phone number and email verification are mandatory to fully activate your account
• KYC documents — including a valid identity card or passport — are required before your first withdrawal is processed
• Iackpot reserves the right to request additional documents at any time for identity verification purposes

4Deposits & Payment Methods

Iackpot accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of local payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go and Boost. All deposits are credited to your account shortly after transaction confirmation by the respective payment provider.

• The bank account used for deposits must be registered in your own name — not someone else's
• Iackpot does not charge any processing fees for deposits.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply depending on your chosen payment method
• Any deposit suspected of originating from illegal activity will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities
• Iackpot is not responsible for any delays caused by banking systems or third-party payment providers.

5Fund Withdrawal

Fund withdrawals from your iackpot account will be processed to the same bank account used for your deposit, subject to completed KYC identity verification. This is an important security measure to prevent money laundering and ensure funds are received by the verified member.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days upon completion of verification
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts not registered under the member's name are not permitted
• Iackpot reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits
• Bonus withdrawals are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant bonus terms

6Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Iackpot offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward loyal members and welcome new ones. Each bonus is subject to specific terms set out in the relevant promotion, and members are responsible for reading and understanding those terms before claiming any bonus.

• Bonuses received are generally subject to minimum wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn
• Every promotion has a clearly stated validity period — bonuses not used within that period will expire automatically
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is considered fraud and may result in account suspension
• Iackpot reserves the right to cancel credited bonuses if eligibility requirements are found to have not been met
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another member or directly converted to cash without meeting the wagering requirements

7Game Rules & Betting

All games offered on the iackpot platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified by international audit bodies. This ensures every game outcome is random, fair, and free from any manipulation.

For sports betting, outcomes are determined by the official results of the relevant sports body or league. iackpot reserves the right to void or suspend bets if official results cannot be confirmed within the stipulated timeframe, or if there is evidence of match-fixing.

• Confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled by the member
• Iackpot reserves the right to void any bet found to have been placed based on invalid information or a technical error in the odds system

8Prohibited Conduct & Unauthorised Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the iackpot platform and may result in permanent account suspension or closure:

• Registering or using multiple accounts to circumvent limits or claim duplicate bonuses
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other technical tools to manipulate games or bets
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Depositing funds from illegal sources or using the platform for money laundering purposes
• Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to access your account
• Deceiving or misleading iackpot with false information during the KYC process or withdrawals
• Exploiting any technical bugs or system errors for personal gain without reporting them to us

9Account Suspension & Closure

Iackpot reserves the right to suspend or close any member account without prior notice if there is reasonable evidence that these Terms have been breached. In the event of a suspension, we will notify the member via their registered email and provide the opportunity to submit an appeal within 14 business days.

• Members whose accounts are closed due to fraudulent activity will not receive any refund of remaining balance
• Members whose accounts are closed at their own request for self-exclusion purposes may recover any remaining balance once the verification process is complete
• Iackpot reserves the right to hold funds in any account under investigation until the investigation is concluded

10Liability Limits & Disclaimer

Iackpot provides this platform on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform operates without interruption at all times, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be available, free from errors, or technical disruptions beyond our control.

• Iackpot is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control.
• Iackpot makes no guarantees regarding profits or returns from any wagering activity.
• Players are solely responsible for their own wagering decisions
• Iackpot's maximum liability to any member is limited to the total deposits made within the 30 days prior to the claim
